We have worked with Toni twice now…both as buyers and sellers. We can’t recommend her enough!!! We have dealt with a lot agents over the years and some that don’t respond, make you feel inferior or ignore you. Toni is exactly the opposite. She straight forward, always on top of it, doesn’t sugar coat it and is completely there for you. She is open and honest and we LOVED working with her. There is a reason you hire someone with her amount of experience….She KNOWS what she is doing and her expertise and knowledge of the market is the best around.
~ Jamie Seedig, Solana Beach
I interviewed Toni and chose her above other local agents. Toni is the hardest-working agent in the community. She was involved in every showing and communicated results immediately. Her negotiation skills demonstrated professionalism and experience in closing a sale. She is completely hands-on and continuously comes up with new ideas for marketing a home.

Toni’s knowledge of the Solana Beach and Del Mar market is absolutely unmatched. She is the consummate professional and an outstanding person to boot. Working with her to sell my home was a dream. Without Toni’s guidance and support throughout the process, frankly I don’t know how we would have gotten through it all. Toni is the only broker I will ever use.

Toni is the most knowledgeable, ethical and hardest-working realtor in the area. She also gets the best results. I have used her on 5 separate transactions, buying and selling both homes and lots. Toni’s depth of knowledge and contracts are helpful for advice on remodeling, building, permitting and contracting, too. I won’t work with anyone but Toni!
~ Bruce Talley, Del Mar
Toni is diligent and relentless in her efforts to serve her clients, who I’m sure all become friends. Toni knows the real estate market, she’s honest, trustworthy and professional. On a scale of 1 to 10 Toni is a 10+. I’ve purchased a lot property and rarely do you find a realtor with the real estate knowledge and integrity like Toni. Toni is the real deal.

I’ve purchased three homes and sold two homes with Toni in Olde Del Mar. She could not know the Del Mar market any better and she is quite knowledgeable on the surrounding market as well. She is excellent negotiator and very respectful of all parties.
